In these uncertain and rapidly changing times there are a lot of things we don’t have the individual power to change, but we need never be victims. It is easy to fall into learned habits of depression, anxiety, helplessness, and fear. How can we develop and sustain the resiliency to keep us strong and help us to thrive? To identify the opportunities these challenges provide?
The goal of this course is to provide essential teachings and effective practices to do the inner work required to live resilient, creative, heartful lives. It will teach you, through short talks and guided meditations, how to face into and heal your inner wounds and heal yourself from patterns of dysfunctional thinking and behavior.
As a result, you will experience, and begin to understand, how to rest in the inner peace and love that resides deep within the core of each of us. From this deeper heart connection we will ask and answer: What is ours to Do?
